Every thing has positive and negative aspects; there are some disadvantages of these on the go restaurants. The main disadvantage is that, the higher amount of calories, saturated fats and amount of spices and oil are not good for health.
They are lacking in serving vegetarian food and fruits. Lots of preservatives and fats are another disadvantage of walk in restaurants, cooks the food on high temperature may cause diabetes and cancers which are injurious to health.
Restaurants can be good if the person knows how much nutritional value he is taking in his meal. Many restaurants provide abundant variety of foods including different regional foods.
